"Divya? Where is my tea?" A man sitting on the comfy sofa of his luxurious off-white coloured living room asked his wife. The sound of the rain hitting the roof of the mansion was being echoed throughout each corridor of the mansion. The aroma of the wet soil was filled in the whole mansion. Along with it, the refreshing smell of tea could be smelled in the living area and the kitchen.
A woman walked inside the living area. She kept the cup of tea on the glass table lying in the centre of the living room. She looked at her husband and gave him a small smile who was busy in reading the newspaper.
"Keep the newspaper aside, and drink your tea otherwise it will get cold." Divya spoke and turned around to leave. But before she could leave, her husband immediately held her wrist and pulled her towards him.
Divya stumbled and fell on his lap with a loud gasp. Her heart beating faster than ever.
"Shaurya! Wh-what are you doing?" She stumbled making her husband chuckle.
"Aakhir kaar, humein chhod karke kahaan jaa rahi hain aap?" Shaurya lovingly spoke while kissing the ear of divya.
(After all, where are you going, leaving me all alone?)
"Leave me, someone might come!" Divya whisper-yelled and immediately got out of his grip, sitting beside him.
Shaurya chuckled at his wife's childish behaviour and started drinking his tea.
"Is everyone awake?" He asked.
"Uff shaurya! It's only 6'o clock! Let them sleep a bit. They're tired after doing work day and night." Divya scolded him.
Well, shaurya was an early bird. He believed that waking up early inhibited good habits in someone. Thus, he wanted everyone to wake up early. While divya? She wanted everyone to sleep until 8 am atleast because of how much hard working they all were.
"Alright, alight fine. Aapse toh kon hi jeet sakta hai?" Shaurya lovingly said while sipping down his hot tea.
( Alright, alright fine. Who can win from you after all?)
"Good morning bacchon!" Just then, an old feminine voice came from behind. Divya and shaurya immediately turned their heads in the direction of the sound.
Their eyes landed on the elderly women who was standing their. Rachita. Her demeanor was really something else. She was loving yet reserved. She was kind yet strict.
Beside her, their sister and sister-in-law was standing. Ishita. A diva in herself for sure. She was known for her class. Even in the family, even in the house.
"Mom? Ishita? Come and sit." Divya said.
Rachita and ishita walked towards them and sat on the sofas. Ishita sitting beside divya, while rachita sat beside shaurya.
"Why are you guys awake so early?" Ishita asked while rubbing her eyes.
"Because of your brother!" Divya exclaimed like small child complaining to someone.
"Has ahaan woken up too?" Rachita asked ishita.
"Yes mom. He's just getting freshen up. He'll join us in sometime."
And just like that, everyone got busy. Rachita and shaurya were talking about some buisness deals. Ishita was scrolling through her instagram. While, divya went to cook meal for her family.
The kitchen was painted in the same colour as the living room.
It was painted in an off-white colour with a glass chandelier hanging in the middle of it giving it a classy & rich vibe.
Ome of the glass windows were open. The rain had stopped by now and the sun was casting it's rays on the faces of every worker including divya, who were present in the kitchen.
After 1 hour, the breakfast was done. Divya looked at it with a proud smile, obviously being proud of her work.
Chole bhature. Pohe. Sandwiches. Jeera rice. Shahi paneer. Chapati and Gajar ka halwa.
It was a whole meal at this point.
Finally, walking out the kitchen, she started walking upstairs to wake up her youngest son, who was having his beauty sleep until now.
Sahil Malhotra.
Divya walked inside sahil's room without knocking, knowing damn well that he would be sleeping until now.
The room was a cozy retreat, with soft, golden lighting that seemed to wrap itself around the whole room like a warm hug. The walls were painted with a soothing shade of off-white.
Walking inside, she stood on the carpet of the room. The plush carpet felt like silk beneath her feet. The scent of fresh tea wafted from the kitchen, mingling with the sweet aroma of blooming flowers on the windowsill.
Her gaze fell on her son who was sleeping mindlessly. Peace written all over his face.
The lights were on and the sun rays were kissing sahil's face gently.
"Yeh itni roshni mein bhi kaise so sakta hai?" Divya asked herself.
(How is he able to sleep even in so much light?)
She slowly walked towards sahil's bed. The quilt almost touching the ground.
Picking up the quilt slowly and placing it on the bed, she ruffled sahil's hair.
"Sahil? Wake up beta." Divya spoke trying to wake sahil up. But he was far away from waking up.
"Hmm? What happened mumma? Let me sleep!" Sahil mumbled in his sleep.
"Who will even believe that this guy is 21 years old??" Divya mumbled to herself.
She shook sahil's shoulder harder this time, trying to wake him us from his beauty sleep.
"Sahil! Wake up it's 8'o clock!" Divya yelled.
Sahil groaned in his sleep. Pushing out his hand, he grabbed his phone. Checking the time, a groan left his mouth once again.
"It's only 7:45 mom! Please let me sleep" Sahil begged while pulling the quilt over his head once again, not wanting to wake up just yet.
"Okayyy fine! Then I'll give your favourite chole bhature to atharv, okay?" Divya asked with a smirk knowing damn well about sahil's obsession with chole bhature. He was a punjabi munda after all.
Divya turned around and walked towards the door to leave. But hearing divya's words, sahil sat up with a jerk.
"Really?? You've cooked chole bhature?" Sahil asked like a small kid, trying to keep his eyes open. The blanket still being wrapped around his head like a cocoon.
"Are you not lying like last time just to wake me up?" Sahil asked again suspiciously, reminding divya about the last time when she had told him that she had cooked chole bhature for him just to wake him up.
Poor sahil.
"No baba! I have actually cooked chole bhature! Now go and get freshen up, i am going downstairs, hmm?" Divya spoke with a smile and left.
Sahil immediately stood up not wanting to doze off once again.
"Chal beta sahil uth jaa, warna yeh sab log tere chole bhature kha jaayenge!" Sahil mumbled to himself and went to get freshen up.
( Wake up sahil, otherwise these people will eat your chole bhature )
Fifteen minutes later, Sahil emerged from the bathroom, his hair still being damp from the shower.
He wore a black t-shirt which clung to his torso. The fabric empathised his chiseled features and he knew it damn well. He paired the black tee with blue trousers and a cream-coloured jacket.
Standing infront of the mirror, looking at his own reflection, he struck a pose infront of the mirror. His eyes crinkled at the corners and a hint of smirk played on his lips.
He admired his own reflection, the strong jawline, the piercing eyes and the tousled hair that added a touch of effortless charm.
"Waise main hoon toh handsome." Sahil murmured to himself. His words laced with playful arrogance.
( I am indeed handsome, after all. )
With a flick of his wrist, he combed his hair and then headed downstairs.
Meanwhile, when divya reached downstairs her eyes landed on some of her family members who were already present in the dining room.
"Good morning ahaan." Divya chirped, walking towards her one and only brother-in-law who was more of a brother to her.
"Good morning bhabhi" Ahaan wished her back and gave her a side hug. They passed eachother a warm smile.
"Anu and atharv haven't come yet?" Divya asked her family members.
"Here i am mumma!" Anukriti's sweet feminine, honey-coated voice came from behind. Anukriti came and hugged sneha like a small child. A huge smile flashed on divya's face as she hugged anukriti back.
"Good morning sweetheart" divya wished her back.
"All the love for your daughter and none for your son?" Atharv's manly voice cut the peaceful silence between them.
Both the ladies turned around to face the man standing infront of them.
Atharv Malhotra.
"No, i only love my daughter." Divya replied with a proud look, making anukriti grin widely at her words.
Atharv chuckled and touched divya's feet as a sign of respect.
"Good morning maa" He wished while kissing the temple of divya.
"Good morning beta, come, let's have our breakfast." Divya said and they all walked towards the dining table.
Rachita was already sat down on the dining table admiring the love that spread throughout her whole family.
"Kisi ki nazar na lage," Rachita wished under her breath.
(May no evil eye touch them.)
The dining room was huge. Coated in a shade of pale-blue colour. In between, stood a huge dining table made of glass.
"Where is sahil?" Shaurya asked breaking the comfortable silence.
"He's coming." Divya softly answered.
Just then the soft creak of the stairs beneath sahil's feet gave a hint of his presence.
"Arrey deewano! Mujhe pehchano! Kahaan se aaya! Main hoon kon??" Sahil hummed the song to himself while walking inside the dining area with a huge smile on his face. He walked towards rachita and touched her feet.
"Good morning sunshine" Rachita wished with a soft smile on her face.
"Good morning sexy!" Sahil replied with a huge grin full of mischief.
Rachita lightly slapped on his back making him chuckle.
Then he touched shaurya's feet earning a blessing from him. At last, he touched divya's feet.
"Good morning maa" He spoke while adoring his mother.
"Good morning mera baccha! Now go and have your breakfast!" Divya said to him.
"And what about you?" Sahil asked.
"I will come back after calling your elder brother." Divya replied with a soft smile on her face.
"Dekho dekho! Apne laadle bete ke liye kitna pyaar jhalak rha hai chehre par!" Sahil complained while looking at divya.
(Look, look! See how much love is shining on her face for her dear son!)
"Sahi kaha sahil!" Atharv exclaimed agreeing with sahil on his remark.
(You're right, sahil!)
"There's nothing like that beta! You both know i love you both the same as him!" Divya said while holding sahil's face in her hands.
"I know maa! Don't worry, we are just teasing you!" Sahil said, comforting sneha. He kissed divya's temple.
Divya passed him a smile and started walking upstairs to call her other son.
Walking inside the room, she was met with darkness.
The room was devoid of any light, the absence of lights causing a blackout where nothing within was visible. No shadows, no shapes. Everything was just a dark mass.
The silence was absolute, the stillness complete. Not a sound or a whisper stirred the stillness. It was almost as if the darkness itself had muffled the air.
However, despite the emptiness, there was an odd feeling of comfort in the room. The absence of light created a quiet, solitary sanctuary.
In the room, there was a big open window, which gave one of the best looks of Mumbai.
There was also a different balcony section where 2 chairs were kept along with some small plants. It was the place where her son used to do his work.
"Oh god! This boy! Never turns on the lights of his room!" Divya murmured to herself and turned on all the lights of the room.
But due to the dark, black walls, the light's didn't have much of an importance as the room was still dark.
Divya's gaze wandered around the whole room just to realise that her son wasn't even in the room to begin with.
After thinking for some moments, divya walked towards another door which was present in the room.
Opening the door of the closet room, she walked inside it with slow and steady steps.
The closet was immense, reaching high from the smooth wooden floor to the ceiling. The pristine white paint of the walls gave the room a spacious, airy feel.
One side of the closet was lined with clothes, each one neatly hung on its own individual hanger, the fabric in a plethora of colors creating a vibrant display.
In contrast to the brightness of the clothes, low shelves held a row of shoes. Made from various materials, the leather and suede of the shoes shone softly, evidence of years of wear and stories of the places they had been.
Walking inside the closest, sneha spotted a tall muscular man standing against the mirror with his back facing her.
Her middle son.
Her βlaadla beta.β
THE VIVAAN MALHOTRA.
He stood before the mirror, meticulously adjusting his cufflinks as his gaze lingered on his reflection. The black suit, tailored to perfection, hugged his broad shoulders and lean physique, accentuating the hours spent honing his body. His jet-black hair, slicked to one side, added a dash of suave sophistication to his already chiseled features, giving him an air of effortless charm. His honey-hued skin seemed to glow under the soft, warm glow of the closet lights, radiating a quiet confidence. A faint, enigmatic smile played on his lips, hinting at secrets known only to him, as if the mirror reflected was not just his image, but a life well-lived.
Admiring her son, she walked towards him with slow and steady steps. Finally, standing behind him, she noticed him struggling with his tie.
"Vivaan?" Divya's soft voice came out almost like a question. Vivaan stopped doing whatever he was doing and turned around.
He gazed at his mother, his eyes softening with affection. She looked up at him, her eyes shining with love and warmth. He passed her a soft and faint smile.
"Let me help you." Divya said and started fixing his tie.
"Thank you maa." Vivaan thanked her with a small smile still lingering on his face.
After fixing his tie, divya stepped back a little to look at her son. She looked at him from top-to-bottom.
"You look great beta." Divya spoke with a soft smile. Vivaan smiled at her and touched her feet.
"Good morning." Vivaan wished her.
"Good morning beta." Divya replied.
Vivaan turned around to look at his reflection in the mirror. Looking at his tie, a soft sigh left his mouth.
"Thank you once again maa, without you, i would've never been able to tie it." Vivaan said while fixing the tie according to his preference.
"And that's why i tell you to get married..." Divya exclaimed. A hint of excitement reflecting in her words. "...but you never listen to me." she ended her words with pure disappointment.
Vivaan sighed once again and turned around. He held her shoulders and looked in her eyes. "Please, not again mom." Vivaan begged.
"But why vivaan? Do you have a girlfriend? If you do, we can meet her and talk about your marriage!" Divya asked her son.
"It isn't like that mom. I want to do so much more for my family. And about having a girlfriend? I have never had anyone in my life. And i don't think so that i want one. Every girl you've ever found me is either behind my money or my looks. I don't want a partner like that." Vivaan said trying to make her understand.
"Okay fine beta..if you feel like that then fine! But I'm telling you! The day i find a girl whom I'm sure about, you will have to meet her!!" Divya ordered her son like a child making him chuckle a little.
"Alright." Vivaan replied with a soft smile.
"Okay, okay now let's go and have breakfast!" Divya exclaimed, dragging him outside his closet.
"Not today, I've to go on the construction site! So much of work is left." Vivaan replied to her.
"Arrey, lekin kuch toh kha lo." Divya said making vivaan sigh.
(Arrey but eat something atleast.)
He cupped her face and passed her small smile.
"I will eat after coming back, okay? Don't worry! Love you." Vivaan said and kissed her temple. He picked up his car keys and mobile from the couch and walked downstairs.
Divya looked at his retreating figure from behind.
"Hey bhagwan ji! Bas kisi aisi ladki ko bhej do meri zindagi mein jo mere bacche ko sambhaal le!" Divya prayed to god and followed him shortly.
They both went downstairs and walked towards the dining room.
"Atharv, I'm going to the office, at noon, i will come to the construction site." Vivaan told atharv while taking a glance at his watch.
"Okay." Atharv replied while eating.
Vivaan bid goodbye to everyone and walked outside the mansion. As he stepped outside the front door, the warm sunlight danced across his face and the gentle morning breeze rustled his hair. He walked down the stairs, his footsteps echoing off the stone walls of his home.
The scent of blooming flowers wafted through the air. He strolled along the winding path, the soft gravel crunching beneath his shoes, as he made his way past the lush greenery and vibrant blooms.
As he approached his sleek BMW, parked at the curb, he clicked the remote to unlock the doors. The car's headlights flashed in response, and he slid into the driver's seat, the leather creaking softly beneath him. He started the engine, feeling the powerful rumble beneath him, and put the car in gear. With a smooth acceleration, the BMW glided out of the driveway, leaving his hme behind.
As he pulled away, he caught a glimpse of his house in the rear view mirror. He merged into the morning traffic, his eyes fixed on the road ahead, already focused on the work that was waiting for him, in his office.
As Vivaan halted at the traffic light, the sudden roar of a revving engine pierced the air, shattering the morning calm. He tried to ignore the nuisance, keeping his gaze fixed ahead, but the incessant rumble refused to subside. The bike drew closer, its engine screaming for attention, until vivaan's patience wore thin. With a swift motion, he pushed down the window, his eyes narrowing as he looked at the culprit.
"Kon hai bhai tu? Subah subah kyun pareshan kar raha hai? Pagal hai kya?" Vivaan's voice was laced with annoyance, his words dripping with irritation.
(Who are you bro? Why are you disturbing me so early in the morning? Are you crazy?)
The man on the bike, seemingly unfazed, slowly removed his helmet, revealing a chiseled face with deep, mysterious black eyes that sparkled with mischief. His olive skin glowed in the morning sunlight, and a roguish smile played on his lips.
"Saale, Kutte, Kamine! Apni biwi ko bhool gaya tu?" he declared dramatically, his palm pressed to his chest, as if wounded.
(Saale, Kutte, Kamine! Have you forgotten your wife?)
Vivaan's eyes rolled heavenward, his annoyance momentarily giving way to exasperation. "Harr jagah bas bakwas karta rehta hai," he muttered.
The man chuckled, his grin growing wider. "Isiliye toh tera bestfriend hoon."
(That's why, I'm your bestfriend)
Vivaan's gaze met his, a tight-lipped smile playing on his face. "Aap jaane ka kya lenge, Vedansh ji?" he asked, his tone laced with sarcasm.
Vedansh's grin never faltered. "Ji, aapka haath," he replied, his eyes grinning with mischief, to which, vivaan just cursed under his breath.
"Race karega?" Vedansh then asked, his voice barely audible over the idling engine.
A smirk twisted vivaan's lips. He nodded, a silent agreement passing between them.
With a nod, vedansh donned his helmet, and the two friends counted down in unison, "1...2...3..!"
The engines roared to life, as the respective vehicles shot forward, speeding off into the morning haze, leaving a trail of dust and excitement in their wake. Their daily ritual, a reckless dash of speed and adrenaline, was about to unfold once more, a testament to their unbreakable bond and love for the thrill of the ride.

"Sheena, go and wake up abhi! I'm going to wake up aashu!" Priya yelled from the living room making sheena, her maid nod in response.
The living room was a serene space, its walls painted with a soft pastel white that seemed to glow in the dim light. Raindrops pattered against the window, creating a soothing melody that filled the air.
From the kitchen, the warm aroma of cooked food wafted in, mingling with the sound of sizzling vegetables and the gentle clinking of pots and pans. The kitchen's blue walls - a gentle, calming shade - provided a peaceful backdrop to the culinary symphony.
Sheena wiped off her hands in a tablecloth and walked towards abhimanyu's room.
"Abhi bhaiya! Wake up!" Sheena yelled trying to wake up abhimanyu.
"What happened sheena di?" Abhimanyu asked her in a sleepy voice.
"Bhaiya 8:30 baj chuke hain! Ab toh uth jaaiye!" Sheena's plead rang in abhimanyu's ears. He slowly sat up ruffling his hair.
(It's 8'o clock bhaiya, wake up now! )
Meanwhile, priya went to wake up her daughter who was also sleeping until now.
Her daughter.
Her aashu.
THE AASHVIKA SINGHANIA.
She opened the door of her room and her eyes wandered throughout the whole room.
The room was a whimsical haven, its walls were painted in soft, dreamy hues of pink and blue that seemed to dance in the faint light filtering through the closed curtains.
On one of the walls, a huge tree was drawn. It stretched its branches, adorned with vibrant flowers and delicate birds. The artwork seemed to leap off the wall, infusing the room with a sense of magic.
In front of a large mirror, a dressing table stood, cluttered with an array of makeup and beauty products, its surface a riot of colors and textures. A cupboard stood quietly in one corner, its doors adorned with colorful stickers and patterns, adding to the room's playful charm.
After admiring the beauty of her daughter's room once again, her eyes landed on the bed.
Her daughter lay asleep on the bed with one of her legs swinging lazily off the edge. Her hair scattered wildly across her face. The soft pink blanket was tangled around her, and a faint smile was played on her lips, as if she was dreaming of something sweet. The room was filled with a sense of peaceful slumber, the only sound the gentle hum of silence.
Priya smiled lightly and walked towards her.
Sitting beside her daughter, on the edge of the bed, she lightly patted her head.
"Aashu, baccha, wake up." Priya whispered.
The girl hummed. She adjusted herself and slowly lay her head in her mother's lap.
"5 more minutes mumma!" She said making priya smile.
Priya gently patted her daughter's head while humming a soothing tone.
After 5 minutes had passed, her daughter was still sleeping. Priya looked at her and sighed.
"Yeh ladki aise nahi uthegi." Priya murmured to herself and gently lay down her daughter's head on the bed. She stood up and looked at her daughter while supporting both of her hands on her waist.
(This girl won't wake up like this.)
"AASHVIKA UTH JAA!" Priya yelled making aashvika flinch and wake up with a jerk.
(AASHVIKA WAKE UP)
"You- you scared me so badly!!" Aashvika whined while trying to control her breath. She placed her hand on her chest, trying to calm herself down.
"You'll get late for your office! Now get ready, I'm going!" Priya ordered and left the room.
Aashvika whined like a small kid and stood up from her bed.
"If it wouldn't have been for my office, then i would've been sleeping peacefully!" Aashvika murmured to herself with a pout.
Stretching her arms out in the air, she yawned. She walked towards the window of her room and opened it letting the sun rays kiss her face.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath with a soft smile.
"Alright, let's get ready for the day."
Mumbling to herself, aashvika walked towards the bathroom to get freshen up.
After coming out of the shower, she walked towards her cupboard to take out her clothes.
After getting ready, she stood in front of the mirror, her pink shirt, a soft contrast to her skin tone. The cream-colored pants complemented the shirt perfectly, creating a calming and effortless look. A delicate belt cinched at her waist, adding a touch of elegance to her outfit. Her golden earrings sparkled in the sunlight coming from her room's window.
Her hair was pulled back into a messy bun, a few stray strands framing her face and adding to her relaxed demeanor. Her eyes stood out, accentuated by the subtle swipe of eyeliner and the thick lashes courtesy of her mascara. Her lips were painted in a soft, nude shade, enhancing her natural beauty without overpowering it.
"I do look nice." Aashvika murmured with a soft smile.
Her phone suddenly rang making her come out of her trance.
Picking up her phone, she realised that her bestfriend, rushika had called her.
"Hello?" Aashvika said picking up her phone.
"Where are you?" Rushika asked.
"I'm coming, i just got ready." Aashvika answered.
"GIRL YOU JUST GOT READY!?" Rushika yelled across the phone in panic.
"CHILLANA BAND KAR CHUDAIL!!" Aashvika yelled at her.
"Come fast, that bitch is already here!" Rushika bawled.
"Fine, I'm coming! Just handle him for sometime!" Aashvika pleaded and ended the call.
Looking at her reflection for the last, she picked up her bag and walked out of her room, switching off the lights of the room.
Aashvika walked inside the living room and walked towards the idol of lord krishna. She lit up a diya infront of him and with a smile, joined her hands and closed her eyes. Opening her eyes after earning blessing from him, she walked towards the couch and settled herself into the plush couch, the soft cushions enveloped her in comfort.
She closed her eyes for a moment, letting the savory aromas wash over her. Feeling all her thoughts slowly fade away. The cozy atmosphere wrapped around her like a warm hug, making her feel safe and at peace as always.
Opening her eyes, she looked around trying to find her mother.
"Maa?" Aashvika's voice echoed in the living room.
Hearing aashvika's voice, priya walked out of the kitchen. A plate filled with sandwiches was in her hands. She kept the plate on the wooden table, infront of aashvika.
"Here, have your breakfast." Priya spoke with a soft smile.
Aashvika immediately stood up and hugged her.
"Not today mumma, I'm getting late today, give these to abhi, hmm?" Aashvika backed off from the hug and kissed her mother's temple.
"Okay fine, but eat something in your office, okay?" Priya asked making aashvika smile.
"Did you talk to papa?" Aashvika asked. Priya sighed and spoke, "Unhe aatankwadiyon se samay mile tab apni biwi ko samay denge na!" She whined like a kid making aashvika chuckle.
"Hello beautiful ladies!" Abhimanyu exclaimed cutting through the soft silence that was wrapped around the living room.
Abhimanyu came and hugged his mother and then aashvika.
"Go and have your breakfast abhi! I'm getting late for office! I gotta go!" Aashvika exclaimed while ruffling abhimanyu's hair.
"Di! My hair will get messed up!" Abhimanyu whined making priya and aashvika chuckled in response.
"Okay okay my bad! Now bye hmm? Take care both of you!" Aashvika said and walked out of her home.
She sat in her car and drove off for her office. Her eyes were focused on the road while her mine was focused on the moment that she had shared with her mother and her brother some minutes ago.
This was home for her. Her mother and her brother by her side, laughing happily. This was the true feeling of home for her. Ever since her father had left for his posting, she had taken on all the responsibilities of her home. From paying abhimanyu's college fees to paying for her mother's medical expenses, she had handled it all. Why? Because she didn't want to burden her father. He was already doing so much for the country and she wanted him to be carefree while serving his country.
Sometimes, when her father wouldn't be by her side, she would absolutely hate it. But then, she would understand that his duty is much more important than hers.
But sometimes...even she needed someone.
Not wanting to get emotional, aashvika shook her head and once again focused on the road. Mentally preparing herself for the chaos that is going to unfold when she is going to be stepping inside her office.
Parking the car under the building of her event planning office, she walked inside it, while taking deep breaths to calm herself down.
The event planning office towered above, its five floors a testament to the company's success.
As the glass doors slid open, a sleek, a modern lobby revealed itself, with walls painted in a crisp white and grey color scheme. The marble tiles beneath her feet gleamed in the soft lighting, giving the space a sense of sophistication.
Aashvika walked in, her heels clicking on the polished floor as she made her way to the lifts. She pressed the button for the third floor, and the doors slid open with a soft whoosh. She stepped inside, and the doors closed behind her, enveloping her in a smooth, swift ascent.
When the doors opened again, she stepped out into a bustling office floor. The atmosphere was lively, with the hum of conversations and the occasional ring of a phone. She walked down the corridor, her eyes fixed on a door at the end of the hall.
She pushed open the door to her cabin, and a warm smile spread across her face.
She loved her job.
The white wooden cabin was a cozy retreat, adorned with small charms and trinkets that reflected her personality. A small flower pot sat in one corner, adding a touch of greenery to the space. In front of her, a sleek computer screen glowed, waiting for her to start her day's work.
Keeping her bag on her desk, she walked towards her bestfriend's cabin.
She knocked lightly on her cabin's door.
"Come in" a sharp feminine voice came from behind the doors.
Aashvika pushed the door open and walked inside the cabin, closing the door behind her.
Rushika looked at her bestfriend and immediately ran towards her.
"Bitch! You're 10 minutes late! You fucked up!" Rushika yelled making aashvika widen her eyes.
"Oh no no no! I'm dead! Don't tell me that he knows that i came late." Aashvika whisper-yelled.
"Oh he does." Rushika said and that's when the door of her cabin opened with a loud slam.
Both the women flinched at the noise and turned around. Their eyes widened when they saw their boss standing there.
"AASHVIKA! IN MY OFFICE, NOW."
